Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion powder and garlic powder to the beef and stir to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, browned beef, French onion soup, and sour cream.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
