Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion powder and garlic powder to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, browned beef, French onion soup, and sour cream.
