Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot, then lay the chicken breasts on top.
