Description

This Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp is a quick, flavorful one-pan dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender shrimp coated in garlic, Parmesan, and herbs with a hint of spice.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
