This Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp is a quick, flavorful one-pan dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender shrimp coated in garlic, Parmesan, and herbs with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
