Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 1/8 cups beef broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce (240g)
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5โ7 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta and sour cream until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
