Ingredients

    6 sausage patties, cooked and flattened

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the muffin batter by mixing flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour small rounds of batter onto the heated skillet to form muffins and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
