Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients required by the box)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (Skippy or Jif)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, full-fat
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (about 8 mini cups)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake according to the instructions on the box and bake as directed.
- While the cake is still warm, use the handle of a wooden spoon or a fork to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with crushed peanut butter cups.
