Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz medium pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
