- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese-spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken breasts until golden on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and broil 2-3 minutes for a golden finish. Serve warm.

- Adjust lemon juice for more tanginess.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheated gently.
