Description

Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, hearty pasta dish inspired by the flavors of a classic cheeseburger. Packed with ground beef, rich Alfredo sauce, and tender pasta, itโ€™s perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add beef broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 3โ€“5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine thoroughly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2โ€“3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb flavors. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Optional: Top with shredded cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, or fresh parsley for extra flavor.
  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
