Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  4. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
