Ingredients

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar
  • ยฝ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2ยผ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • ยฝ teaspoon salt
  • ยฝ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
