Ingredients
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar
- ยฝ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2ยผ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy.
