Description

This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner with a cheesy, garlicky twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in prepared pan.
  4. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 35โ€“40 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  6. Let rest 5โ€“10 minutes before slicing and serving.
