Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in cooked chicken.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and crushed Ritz crackers mixed with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
