Moose Farts are a delicious no-bake treat featuring a chewy coconut and graham cracker center, dipped in rich chocolate. Perfect for parties, dessert platters, or anytime you crave a sweet indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz / 300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dried shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined into a thick dough.
- Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll them in additional graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until chocolate is set.
- Store Moose Farts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt or cinnamon to the coconut mixture.
- Use semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate according to your preference.
