Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
- 1 large apple, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
