Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through.
  3. Add egg noodles and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 10โ€“12 minutes until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
