Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through.
- Add egg noodles and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 10โ12 minutes until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of cream or sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Can add vegetables like peas or carrots to make it a complete meal.
