Description
One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles is a comforting and simple family dinner made with tender chicken breasts, rich garlic butter sauce, and perfectly cooked egg noodles. Ready in about 30 minutes with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ยผ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in egg noodles, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until noodles are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed (about 8โ10 minutes).
- Return chicken to the pan and toss with noodles.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
