Description

One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles is a comforting and simple family dinner made with tender chicken breasts, rich garlic butter sauce, and perfectly cooked egg noodles. Ready in about 30 minutes with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ยผ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Stir in egg noodles, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until noodles are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed (about 8โ€“10 minutes).
  6. Return chicken to the pan and toss with noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
