Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 lb breakfast sausage beef (bulk or links)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Cook the beef sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, eggs, milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
