This Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake is a protein-packed, low-carb dinner. It combines cottage cheese, eggs, and cheeses with mini turkey pepperoni for a tasty, easy-to-make meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in mini turkey pepperoni slices.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey pepperoni with diced vegetables or regular pepperoni.
