Description

This Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake is a protein-packed, low-carb dinner. It combines cottage cheese, eggs, and cheeses with mini turkey pepperoni for a tasty, easy-to-make meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in mini turkey pepperoni slices.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
