Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cans croissants (store-bought, refrigerated)
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to croissant package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on each triangle.
- Roll up each croissant from wide end to tip, sealing the edges.
- Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and milk. Optional: brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake according to package directions (usually 12–15 minutes) until golden brown.
- Serve warm as a snack, breakfast, or brunch.
