Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cans croissants (store-bought, refrigerated)
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to croissant package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on each triangle.
