Description

Raspberry Brownies add a fruity twist to classic brownies. Bursting with fresh raspberries and swirls of raspberry jam, they’re moist, decadent, and perfect for dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients as listed on the box
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to the brownie mix instructions and prepare the pan as directed.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box directions.
  3. Gently fold in raspberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and swirl raspberry jam on top using a knife.
  5. Bake according to box instructions or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  6. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra raspberry flavor, warm the jam slightly before swirling.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • You can substitute frozen raspberries if fresh aren’t available; thaw and drain before adding.
