Description
Raspberry Brownies add a fruity twist to classic brownies. Bursting with fresh raspberries and swirls of raspberry jam, they’re moist, decadent, and perfect for dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix + ingredients as listed on the box
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to the brownie mix instructions and prepare the pan as directed.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the box directions.
- Gently fold in raspberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and swirl raspberry jam on top using a knife.
- Bake according to box instructions or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra raspberry flavor, warm the jam slightly before swirling.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute frozen raspberries if fresh aren’t available; thaw and drain before adding.
