Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 whole chicken)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the prepared stuffing until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and sliced green onions before serving if desired.
