Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 whole chicken)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, sliced green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
