Description
This Sausage Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna layers cheesy ravioli with a creamy Alfredo sauce and spicy Italian sausage, baked to golden perfection for a decadent and comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 (10 oz) bags prepared cheese-filled ravioli
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2-2 tsp red pepper flakes, adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning, for topping
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Nonstick spray for the pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Layer half of the ravioli in the prepared baking dish, top with half of the cooked sausage, half of the Alfredo sauce, and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sausage, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of ravioli you prefer.
- For extra cheesy top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
