Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups are a quick, easy, and delicious morning treat. Fully cooked breakfast sausages, fluffy eggs, and melted cheddar cheese are wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough for the perfect handheld breakfast.
Ingredients
- 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a cooked sausage link on the wide end of each triangle, top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
- Roll up dough over the sausage and egg mixture, sealing edges.
- Place roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- You can add diced peppers or onions to the eggs for extra flavor.
