Description

Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups are a quick, easy, and delicious morning treat. Fully cooked breakfast sausages, fluffy eggs, and melted cheddar cheese are wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough for the perfect handheld breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a cooked sausage link on the wide end of each triangle, top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
  5. Roll up dough over the sausage and egg mixture, sealing edges.
  6. Place roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
