Ingredients
- 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 30โ35)
- 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mixture over meatballs, cover, and cook on LOW for 6โ7 hours or HIGH for 3โ4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry and stir into the gravy to thicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired, over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade meatballs.
- Gravy can be made ahead and stored separately if needed.
