Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
