Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Tacos are a fun and sweet treat. Fluffy tortillas coated in cinnamon-sugar hold creamy cheesecake filling topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for dessert or parties.
Ingredients
- 6 small flour tortillas
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream to make cheesecake filling.
- In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Let cool slightly.
- Fill each baked tortilla with cheesecake filling and top with strawberry mixture.
- Serve immediately or chill for a cold dessert.
