Description
This Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dessert combines a buttery sugar cookie crust, creamy cheesecake filling, festive cookie dough bites, and a luscious white chocolate ganache for a truly indulgent holiday treat.
Ingredients
- Sugar Cookie Crust: 1 ยพ cup all-purpose flour, ยฝ tsp baking soda, ยฝ tsp salt, ยพ cup unsalted butter (room temperature), 1 cup Regenerative Organic Cane Sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 large egg, 1 egg yolk, โ cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
- Cookie Dough Balls: 1 ยฝ cups all-purpose flour, ยฝ tsp salt, ยฝ cup unsalted butter (room temp), 1 cup Regenerative Organic Cane Sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 5 tbsp milk, โ cup Christmas sprinkles
- Cheesecake Filling: 32 oz cream cheese, โ cup Regenerative Organic Cane Sugar, ยพ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, ยฝ cup heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 large eggs, โ of prepared cookie dough balls
- White Chocolate Ganache: 1 cup white chocolate chips, โ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Prepare the sugar cookie crust by mixing all crust ingredients until combined and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Prepare cookie dough balls by combining ingredients and forming small balls. Set aside โ for cheesecake filling.
- For cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream/Greek yogurt, heavy cream, and vanilla, then eggs one at a time. Fold in reserved cookie dough balls.
- Pour filling over prepared crust and bake for 50โ60 minutes until center is set. Let cool completely.
- Prepare white chocolate ganache by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving. Garnish with extra sprinkles if desired.
