Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2โ€“3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, honey or maple syrup, chili flakes, smoked paprika, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25โ€“30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
