Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2โ3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, honey or maple syrup, chili flakes, smoked paprika, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25โ30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
