These Teriyaki Chicken Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal, combining tender teriyaki chicken with fresh vegetables in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a grab-and-go meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ยผ cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine recommended)
- ยฝ cup shredded carrots
- ยฝ cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
- ยผ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and toss in the sauce until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken strips for 6โ8 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, and cooked teriyaki chicken onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add a drizzle of extra teriyaki sauce for more flavor.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different variation.
