Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 cup sliced mushrooms or bell peppers
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5โ7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic, onions, and optional mushrooms or bell peppers until softened, about 3โ4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sautรฉed vegetables and melted butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
