Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) pork or chicken dumplings
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 cups fresh spinach or bok choy
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Add grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Add dumplings and cook according to package instructions, usually 6โ8 minutes, until cooked through.
- Stir in fresh spinach or bok choy and cook 1โ2 minutes until wilted.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
