Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) pork or chicken dumplings
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or bok choy
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  3. Add dumplings and cook according to package instructions, usually 6–8 minutes, until cooked through.
