Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs into the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and French onion soup mix, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6โ7 hours or HIGH for 3โ4 hours until meatballs are fully cooked and tender.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top 10โ15 minutes before serving and let it melt. Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, sear meatballs in a skillet before adding to the crockpot.
